Queens Cross East Housing Support and Care at Home Service provides emotional and practical support to individuals experiencing mental health related issues. Individuals being referred by their Social Work Care Manager may also apply for a supported / furnished tenancy with Queens Cross Housing Association should this be identified and agreed as a support need. The service also accepts self – referrals. T
